It took nearly a decade to earn the trust of the House and it's Council, but it finally paid off. They do not shun vampires, or the study of such creatures, nor did they shun Necromancy and other "dark arts", surely they would allow him to pursue his research and perhaps aid him in furthering his arcane knowldge?
